In Conversation With… Incentivising Innovation Activity Amongst Researchers

Join us for the first of a series of new virtual AURORA 'In conversation with...' style events, where we will hear from various expert speakers across AURORA institutions, with their perspectives about R&I issues and challenges that are currently topical and relevant.
The first session on Friday, 16 June 2023 at 11 am CEST / 10 am BST is entitled 'Incentivising Innovation Activity Amongst Researchers'. The speakers for this inaugural session are Professor Sheng Qi, Associate Dean of Innovation and Professor of Pharmaceutical Material Science and Technology at the University of East Anglia (UEA), and Dr Soraya Jones, Royal Society Entrepreneur in Residence, UEA.

We are pleased to announce that you can now apply for the Aurora Student Schemes for the upcoming Academic year 2022/2023. Become part of an international community of students by taking on one of the following two roles:
Student Ambassador
If you want to be a part of an international community of students, the role of Aurora Student Ambassador will be perfect for you.
Student Champion
This role is created specifically for students that want to go the extra mile. You will directly work on the key Aurora topics, in addition to the joint activities provided to Aurora Student Ambassadors.
The application is ongoing and will remain open until the end of the Academic Year. You can join the program at any point until July 2023.

Each Aurora university has an allocation of Aurora funding to support outward mobility, and this may be available for your selected courses. Please check with your home university's study abroad office for details on how to access relevant funding.
We hope you will be able to take the opportunity to study abroad at another Aurora university during your degree!

*Admission to a course does not guarantee that the achieved learning outcomes or grades will be recognized at your home institution for your respective study programme.
